     There are many emotional issues that find a corner in our heart, and refuse to die down. With time, these issues can transform into a sort of emotional tumor that impacts negatively on our daily life, such as lack of concentration, enthusiasm, self respect, will to change, encouragement, and so on. These issues can spiral into our lives in various ways and gets channeled into other zones, which can create problems in the relationships, professional life, and health. We address the root cause of the problem after carefully listening to our clients, and help in changing the pattern of their thinking and beliefs. It helps in fighting back the problems at hand with much more confidence. However, we do not only try to motivate, but follow the scientific guidelines of psychology to rejuvenate the mental health of our clients, and even follow the medical treatment, wherever necessary to help our clients free themselves from the emotional burden, stress and anxiety that are causing life changing issues.



    Our Parenting program helps recognize and understand the child’s and parents role, by identifying each person’s responsibility within the family. Utilize positive reinforcement and problem solving to develop a free of violence environment. Helps create effective communication skills between the parent and child, and develop awareness of the importance of appropriate nutrition according to the food guide pyramid.



     Our Co-Parenting assists in the learning of different parenting styles, and builds up positive communication skills between the parents and child. We observe road blocks of communication among family members and work toward bridging those gaps. We identify the parents' separation and it's effect on the child, and help solve the child’s behaviors associated with new adjustments. This approach helps all parties understand the difference between child’s discipline and punishment, and the review of natural and logical consequences, improving both parents’ effective parental skills to provide a healthy environment for the child.



     Our Domestic Violence program consists of recognizing the violence, identifying the characteristics of the batterer and the victim, and assist in the understanding of the beliefs and behaviors associated with the abuse. We also identify the environmental influences on the family violence and obtain better control and understanding of negative behaviors. Improve communication skills to obtain a healthier life style.



     Our Child Abuse program observes the developmental milestones from birth to twenty one years old, helps understands child’s behavior, and how to build a healthy positive relationship with family. Observes natural and logical forms of discipline, helps build up positive communications kills, and identifies any violence through the individual believe system and behavior.



   Our Anger Management program consists of gaining better control, and understanding of the individuals temperament, and sources of stress. Identify the importance of emotions and utilize positive communication skills to defuse negative feelings.

Information shared by you in counseling sessions is confidential and is protected to the full extent of the law. Information will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Center without your written permission except when, in the judgment of your counselor, such disclosure is necessary to protect you or someone else from imminent danger or when otherwise required by law.
